• How it works: You place your order, confirm your details, and wait for your package to arrive. You only hand over your cash to our courier partner when the package is safely in your hands.

• Verification: To ensure your security, our team will call you within 24 hours of your order to confirm your address and details before we ship.

2. Why We Use COD

• Zero Risk: You do not pay a single Dirham until you are holding your Lixaura order.

• Secure: No need to enter banking details online.

• Transparent: You pay exactly the amount shown at checkout, including the flat 35 DH delivery fee.

3. Are there other ways to pay? While Cash on Delivery is our standard, we are committed to serving our community.
