If your Lixaura sunglasses do not perfectly fit your style, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
1. Conditions for a Valid Return
To be eligible for a return, your Lixaura frames must be in the exact condition that you received them. This means:
Unworn and unused, with no scratches or marks on the lenses or frames.
All original tags must be attached.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the Lixaura hard case, microfiber cloth, and protective pouch.
You must provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, simply contact our support team at support@lixaura.com or via WhatsApp at +212 675-677822.
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the exact shipping address and instructions on how to send the package back to us via Amana or our partnered local courier. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged.
3. Damages and Delivery Issues We inspect every pair of sunglasses before dispatch. However, please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong model. We will evaluate the issue and replace the item immediately at our expense.
4. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items To maintain our high hygiene and quality standards, returns will be rejected if the sunglasses show any signs of wear, oil smudges, or scratches not reported upon immediate delivery. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on final clearance sale items or gift cards.
5. Exchanges (Change The View) If you wish to swap your frames for a different color or model, the fastest method is to return your original item. Once the return is inspected and accepted, we will process a new order for your preferred Lixaura sunglasses.
6. The Refund Process (Cash on Delivery) Because our primary method is Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund cannot be reversed to a credit card.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via one of the following methods of your choice:
Bank Transfer (Virement Bancaire / RIB)
Cash Transfer Agency (e.g., Wafacash, Cash Plus)
Lixaura Store Credit
If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your funds, please contact us at support@lixaura.com.
